Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 15 days from the day you receive the item.
The return shipping is free* (except for the merino wool mats). We will send you a prepaid mailing label for complete hassle-free returns.
Note: this policy is for domestic US orders only. Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, we unfortunately cannot accept international returns unless it was an error on our part or the item arrived damaged. Thank you for understanding.
Simply forward your order confirmation email to us and let us know which items you are returning. (Or email email@example.com with the following details and we will help you).
We want you to feel confident purchasing from us. If within a week of your purchase, you notice a lower list price for the same brand, item, size and color at another U.S. retail store online, just contact us and we will refund you the difference.
*With the exception of the merino wool mats. You may return these for free if there is a defect but otherwise, you must cover the return shipping.
