Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

For domestic orders, if you are not satisfied with an item of clothing or the fit isn't right, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or an exchange for another product within 15 days from the day you receive the item, except for clothing by Myrah, these cannot be returned as they are made to order and shipped from Bali. Jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a defect. 

We are happy to provide a discounted pre-paid return label via USPS at cost. International orders must make a return using their own method. We are unable to assist with international returns shipping. 

For US domestic returns using our label, the true cost of the USPS label will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.  Items must be in original condition. If your item is returned to us with dirt, stains or debris, your item will be returned to you at cost and considered final sale and not refundable.

You are welcome to return via your own shipping method and cost. In that case, you would receive a full refund on your order if it aligns with our return policy (items must be unworn and clean).

Reply to your order confirmation email or email and let us know which items you are returning. We will confirm the return shipping address. 

  • Shipping your return
  • We are happy to provide a prepaid shipping label (at cost) for returning the product. You may use the same envelope you received the item/s. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. You are also welcome to mail the item back to us directly. 
  • Confirmation and processing the return
  • Once your return is received, we will send you a confirmation that your refund is being processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus the cost of the return shipping label if we provided it for you.
