A truly warming and grounding cup of tea, perfect for afternoon entertaining. The chai mix is well balanced with gentle spice.

The chai is a warming blend of coriander, cinnamon flake, black peppercorn, fennel seed, ginger, ashwagandha, cardamom, and clove sourced by Tammy Tan of Spice Hound.

Brew it in two-quart batches, each yields 4 cups–roughly 5 brews for this method.
